B)        HIGHLIGHT/ACHIEVEMENTS (APRIL/17 – JANUARY/18)

  1. Jakhlaun & Jakhaura railway stations have been electrified along with LED lights in Jhansi-Bina section to availing SEB’s supply.

  1. 12.68 lakh units electrical energy (non-traction area) has been saved which is 4.61% less from same period (Apr-Jan) of last year.

  1. During the current financial year Rs. 9340397/- have been recovered from Outsider/Venders/Govt. department which is 3.29% more compared with last year for same period (Apr-Jan).

 

  1. 10 Nos. water coolers of 400 liters capacity have been provided in place of old water cooler 01 at down booking area, 04 Nos. at P/F-2&3, 02 Nos. at P/F-4 at Gwalior, 02 Nos. at P/F-1&2 at Birlanagar & 01 No at MRA station.

  1. 01 No. water cooler of 150 liters capacity has been provided in place of old water cooler in DRM cell Jhansi.

  1. 07 Nos street lights poles with all accessories have been erected in West Colony Street light Jhansi.

  1. 548 Nos. LED tube light & street light fittings have been provided at Jhansi & Jhansi - Chirgaon section as energy conservation measures.

  1. 485 Nos. LED light fitting have been provided in West Colony area Jhansi & JHS-MRPR section as energy conservation measures.

  1. 125 Nos. LED tube light fittings have been provided in Diesel shed Jhansi as energy conservation measures.

  1. 119 Nos. LED light fittings have been provided in DRM office & Railway hospital Jhansi as energy conservation measures.

  1. 149 Nos. LED tube light & street light fittings have been provided Nandkhas- Orai & Ait-Konch section as energy conservation measures.

  1. 263 Nos. LED tube light & street light fittings have been provided in Jhansi-Lalitpur & Lalitpur-Tikamgarh section as energy conservation measures.

  1. 1085 Nos. LED tube lights have been provided at Gwalior station stations as energy conservation measures.

  1. LED tube light fittings of 18 watt have been provided at Soni, SAC, SBL, SOE, SANK, SIKD, HET, BIX, BMZ, BLNR, Udi-more,  MTJL, GOPA, MLAR, GOA, ART, AEH, SLTI & RRU station as energy conservation measures.

  1. LED street lightsfittings of 30/45 watt have been provided at HET, RRU, BAO, BLNR, STLI, AEH, ARI, BIX, MLAR, GOPA, SAC & GOA stations as energy conservation measures.

  1. 20 Nos. LED tube light fittings have been provided Gwalior-Bhind section as energy conservation measures.

  1. 415 Nos. LED tube light & street light fittings have been provided in Harpalpur – Chitrakoot section as energy conservation measures.

  1. 48 Nos. LED tube light fittings have been provided at KURJ station as energy conservation measures.

  1. 5 Nos. high mast towers have been provided 150/200 watts LED light fittings completely in place of HPSV fittings near DSL shed, circulating area, C&W siding and in front of DRM office at Jhansi as energy conservation measures.

  1. 02 Nos. high mast towers (Each of 3x150W) LED fittings have been provided in Defence yard Jhansi as energy conservation measures.

  1. 03 Nos. high mast towers (Each of 9x200W) LED fittings have been provided in Diesel shed Jhansi as energy conservation measures.

  1. LED flood lights of 200 W capacities have been provided on 9 Nos. high mast towers in East & West circulating area at Gwalior station as energy conservation measures.

  1. 03 No. high mast towers have been provided 100/150/200 watts LED light fittings completely in place of HPSV/MH fittings at HPP, Banda & CKTD as energy conservation measures.

  1. 04 Nos. stations COP have been electrified with LED tube light & ceiling fans at KID station, MTH station PF-1&2, KBR station & DWI station as energy conservation measures.

  1. For improving reliability of power supply system 40% load has been transferred from substation no.11 to newly commission substation no. 20 to avoid failure of overloading of SS no-11 in West railway colony JHS.

  1. 109 Nos. electronic energy meters have been provided/replaced in East & West colony & Orai staff quarter at Jhansi.

  1. Energy meters have been provided on commercial & domestic feeders at substation of Orai station to measures of separate consumption.

  1. 20 Nos. 3 phase energy meter with CT have been provided for measuring particular of feeding/distributor load at various substation in West colony Jhansi.

  1. 01 No. energy meter has been provided at sub-station panel at KURJ station.

  1. 04 Nos. GO/DO each of 200 Ampere Capacities have been replaced at sub-stations & One 10 HP defective submersible pumps set has been replaced at Balak mandir pump house at Gwalior for system improvement.

  1. 02 Nos. each of 17.5 HP capacity submersible pumps have been provided in new bore well 01 at I/F of subordinate rest house & 01 at back side of down booking Gwalior.

  1. 05 Nos. split AC units of 2 Tr. capacities have been provided in Betwa club rest house Jhansi.

  1. 12 Nos. of submersible pumps different capacity have been replaced due to old/defective at Jhansi, Dabra, Gwalior, Rairu, Soni,  Orai, Kalpi, Bhimsen, Talbehat, Tikamgarh stations to avoid water supply failures.

  1. 205 Nos. unauthorized connections have been removed during surprise checking in East & West colony, Jhansi.

  1. 37 nos. AC & 232 nos. Non-AC coaches intermediate over hauling have been completed at JHS & GWL depots.
