ELECTRICAL (TD)                         


1. INTRODUCTION:

Jhansi division has electrified section from DHO (Excluding) to Bina (Excluding) (324.75 RKM & 851.865 TKM), JHS to GOY (232.248 RKM & 321.083TKM) & LAR to Udaipura (38.331 RKM & 66.84TKM) totaling 595.329 RKM & 1239.788TKM.

There are 09Traction sub stations, out of which 05 Traction Substations, Lalitpur, Mustara, Moth, Lalpur and Sarsoki get 132 KV incoming supply from DVVNL (UPPCL) and 04 Traction Substations namely Hetampur, Gwalior, Datia, Basai get 132 KV incoming supply from RGPPL/JITPL through open access.

          2.    ORGANISATION

         Gazetted- Sr.DEE (TD) is assisted by two Sr.Scale Officers (One at Gwalior &                     One at  Jhansi) and Two Jr. scale officers (One at Lalitpur, & One at                                       ORAI).

         Non-Gazetted – Sanctioned strength- 593Nos.

5. Saving in Energy bills:-

           Since 22.01.2016 at 12.00Hrs. supply of DAA, BZY & GWL/TSS and from 20.03.2016 at 24Hrs. supply of HET/TSS transferred from MPMKVV.Co.Ltd to  RGPPL through open access and debit for energy is being raised by WCR as open access bills are co-ordinated by WCR. In comparison to previous bills of MPMKVV with open access total saving due to low unit cost is-Rs. 155407424/- has been saved up to Sept-18.

 Since 7/8.7.18 at 00.00Hrs. supply of MSV, MOTH, LLR, SAR & LAR/TSS has been transferred from DVVNL to JITPL through open access and debit for energy is being raised by NR as open access bills are co-ordinated by NR debit are yet not received..

6.RELIABILITY MEASURES –

          For improving reliability of OHE, the following actions have being taken.

     7. Others works completed –

1.CRS authorisation of BZM-HAR section received on 29.3.18 and electric loco goods train trial conducted on 04.04.18.

2.CRS authorisation of JHS-HPP section received and electric loco hauled goods train conducted on 25.04.18 in section.

3.CRS inspection for the section JHS-PIC doubling was done from 19.6.18.And JHS-PIC dubling commissioned on 17.08.18.

4.JHS/SP (CNB line) taken in service.

5.PTFE has been taken into service at JHS/SP (CNB line)  Dt. 9.6.18.

6.01Nos. new AT has been commissioned at JHS/SP.

7.BZY transformer no.15 POH work completed and taken on load Dt. 13.6.18.

8.03Nos. boom earthing has been done at level crossing No. 117, 123 & 131 in 

JHS-CNB section.

9.04Nos. fencing earthing has been done at level crossing No. 117, 118, 119 & 122 in JHS-CNB section.

10.03Nos. AT cable has been replaced at LAR(UP), DWA(UP) & MXS(UP).

11.02 New battery set are commissioned at Moth/TSS & JHS/SP cum FP in place of old battery set.

12.05Nos. New cross feeder has been provided at new JHS/SP cum FP.

13.05Nos. BHEL make BM has been replaced with Alind make BM at JHS/SP cum FP.

14.10Nos. New continuity jumper has been provided at new JHS/SP cum FP.

15.06Nos. Oil type BM has been replaced with Alind make BM at ARI/SSP and DHO/SSP.

16.New 21.6 MVA transformer has been provided in place of old 12.5MVA transformer at

  MOTH/TSS.

17.As per HQ instructions one or more catenary strands broken locations found

in Division are 130nos., out of which 42nos. has been attended by providing

catenary splice cumulative 59 Nos. has been attended.

18.10 nos. Gantry maintenance done at JHA/SP, BJA/SSP, AEH/SSP, MXS/SSP,  JLN/SP,   

  JRO/SSP, MZX/SSP, KTRA/SSP, GWL/TSS & HET/TSS which were not maintained

   for last two years.

19.A Special derive has been launched for checking of T/O & X/O by DO rod, total 399NosT/O

  & 50 Nos. X/O has been checked.

20.Special derive has been launched for provision of spring washer, flat washer and check nut in between rail and bond, total 2541 Nos. spring washer 1698 Nos. flat washer &1314 Nos. check nut provided in between rail and bond.

21.At DAA/TSS, HET/TSS and BZY/TSS new Numerical relay has been provided in place of old static relay.

22.JHS/FP main line UP & DN supply has been taken on load by providing drop jumper and IOL made normal.

23.To avoid panto entanglement during wind/storm as per railway board guideline, 1200Kgf    tension has been given to each contact and catenary wire by providing 800Kg BWF of   conventional OHE and also 50mm pre sag maintain by providing dropper work under   progress in AC Loco Shed JHS at Loc. LS/128 & ELS/243.

24. Mega Block progress:- on dated 12.08.18, 30.09.18, 07.10.2018 & 28.10.18  mega block   on up line DHO-BIN section has been given to all depot.  The details cumulative progress   during mega blocks are given below.

(a)TWC/AOH/POH: 56.75 TKM.

(b) ATD/POH:   28 Nos .            

 (c) ATD/AOH:   85 Nos .           

 (d)Isolator/AOH:   19 Nos .     

 (e) Insulator cleaned:1930 Nos.

 (f) Different type of Jumper replaced(C ,G,ATJ,F)-90Nos.

 (g) Dropper replaced -186 Nos.

 (h)  Flashed insulator replaced-07 No.

 (i)PTFE checked -03 nos.(02 nos. rod rotated)

 (j)Crow nest removed- 54 Nos.

8. Assistance required:-

(a)Proposal for creation of 115 posts for JHS-CNB doubling has been sent to HQ after Div. account vetting on dated: 28.02.2014. Only 14Nos. posts for JHS-PIC section created at Div. level. Balance yet to be created.

(b)Proposal for creation of 210 posts for JHS-MKP including KID-BZM has been sent to HQ after Div. account vetting on dated: 30.08.2017. Only 80nos. post has been created. Balance yet to be created.

(c)Proposal for creation of 98 posts for UDPR-KURJ-MBA section has been submitted to Sr. DFM/JHS through Sr.DPO/JHS for divisional account vetting.

(d)Proposal for creation of 58 posts for BLNR-BHIND-ETAWAH section has been submitted to Sr. DFM/JHS through Sr.DPO/JHS for divisional account vetting.
