S&T Assets on Division

SIGNALLING:

A” ROUTE

1.1Bina(excl)-Dholpur (excl)

1Interlocking – All the stations on the route are interlocked to Std. III except Jhansi which is interlocked to Std I.

2Type of signaling –

1.All stations are provided with Panel interlocking except Daulta & Sikroda. Daulta is MACLS with ASM slide frame & Sikroda is provided with Electronic interlocking. Jhansi & Gwalior are provided with Route Relay Interlocking.

2.The entire route is having double distant signaling.

3Special features –

1.On entire Jhansi - Bina section, Axle Counter Block Working have been provided (19 block sections).

2.18 block sections on Dholpur-Jhansi section are provided with Block proving by axle counter along with SGE block instruments (10 MSDAC+5 CEL SSDAC+2 Mixed.Gwalior-Birlanagar is continuously track circuited.

3.Intermediate block signalling has been provided in 28block sections: Bina-Agasod, Agasod-Karonda,Mohasa-Dhaura, Dhaura -Jakhlaun, Jakhlaun-Jiron,Jiron-Lalitpur, Lalitpur-Dailwara, Dailwara-Jakhaura, Jakhaura-Bijrotha, Matatila-Basai,Basai-Budpura, Babina-Khajraha, Khajraha-Bijauli,Bijauli-Jhansi,Jhansi-Karari, Karari-Datia, Datia-Sonagir, Sonagir-Kotra, Kotra-Dabra, Dabra-Ananthpeth, Ananthpeth-Antri, Sandalpur-Sithouli, Sithouli-Gwalior, Birlanagar-Rayaru, Banmore-Sank, Sank-Morena, Morena-Sikroda, Hetampur-Dholpur,.

D” ROUTE

1.2 Jhansi – Kanpur

1Interlocking - Std -III Interlocking at all the stations.

2Signaling - PI at 18 stations, EI at 01 Station (Rasulpur Gogamau), MACLS at 03 stations (Parauna, Nandkhas & Bhua).

3Block Working - Absolute block working with Diado Tokenless Block Instrument & Universal fail safe block interface working in 02 sections (Rasulpur Gogamau-Paman, Rasulpur Gogamau-Bhimsen).

4Special Features:

1.The entire route is having double distant signalling.

2.All block sections on Jhansi-Bhimsen are provided BPAC with Tokenless BI & 02 section with UFSBI.

1.3 Banda–Bhimsen(excl) section is provided with MACLS signaling except LC-S1. PI Std-II R (04 Stations), MACLS Std-III (05 Stations). PI Stations Yamunasouthbank, Ragaul, Akona, Hamirpur MACLS stations Bharuasumerpur, Katara Road, Patara Road, Ghatampur, Ichauli,

1.4Jhansi – Khairar (excl) section is provided with LQ two aspects signalling with MNI signalling at 5 stations, PI at 7 stations namely Mahoba, Kabrai, Mataundh, Orcha, Baruasagar, Niwari & Teharka. LQ two aspect signaling with STD-I at 1 station viz Ranipur Road.EI is sanctioned at 6 stations.

1.5 Mahoba – Khajuraho: Panel interlocking at 02 Stations Khajuraho & Singhpurdumra with Neale’s ball token block instrument.

1.6 Khairar – Manikpur (excl):LQ two aspect signaling Std–III (08 Stations) and 04 PI at Chitrakut, Shivrampur, Badausa, Dingwai Std-II-R. Work of tokenless block is completed and complete section provided with tokenless block instrument. EI is sanctioned at 08 stations.

1.7 Lalitpur- Khajuraho(excl);MACLS Std –II R, PI stations (08 stations) i.e. Birari, Udaipura,Tikamgarh, Sarkanpur, Khargapur, Isanagar, Chhatarpur, Duriaganj, With Diado tokenless block instrument in section with BPAC except 02 section provided with Neale’s ball token instrument.

1.8 Bhind-Udimore section is equipped with MACLS Udi (01 Stn) PI, Std-II-R with Diado tokenless block instrument in UDI-ETW section with BPAC and Neals ball token instrument in UDI-BIX section.

E” ROUTE-

1.9 Birlanagar–Bhind section is equipped with MACLS Std-I stations (5 stations).

1.10 Gwalior NG and Dholpur NG sections LQ two aspect signalling. All stations are NI.

1.11 Konch station is provided with PI (MACLS).

2.2 VHF Sets: All Block stations on the division including branch lines, narrow gauge and ‘E’ route have been provided with high power 25 W VHF sets. Total 870 VHF 5W sets are distributed to Drivers/Guards. Another 1030 VHF sets are distributed to various departments.

2.4 OFC- exists on Dholpur – Bina and Jhansi-Kanpur sections of the division. Long haul circuits & connectivity of various exchanges on the route has been done on OFC. Wherever possible PRS & FOIS have been also transferred on OFC. OFC Works on Jhansi-Banda-Manikpur and Khairar-Bhimsen are sanctioned and being executed by RCIL.

2.5 RAILNET- There are 368 nodes of Railnet connected on LAN/WAN. Total 191 broad band nodes are provided at different locations of division on DSLAM.

2.6 FOIS points available at Jhansi (45 nodes) & 1 each at Morena, Diamond cement power plant, Paricha thermal power plant, Banda, Gwalior, Rayaru, Datia, Karari, Lalitpur, Orai, Mahoba,Malanpur, Kabrai, Bhimsen, Jhansi W/Bridg, Dabra, Harpalpur and Niwari.

2.7BSNL Telephones have been provided at 127 stations out of 131 (except Sonagir, Udaypura, Malasa and Nandkhas since not feasible).

2.8CUG Connections - Total 4435 CUG connections are provided to various departments on the division.

2.9MTRC is provided on Dholpur-Jhansi section consisting of 19 BTS stations. Total 236/236 Sets/SIMs are distributed among various subscribers.
