Shri Amar Kumar Sinha PFA Shri Amar Kumar Sinha, a 1990 batch IRAS officer, assumed charge as Principal Financial Advisor (PFA) on North Central Railway on August 08, 2023. Prior to this, he was PFA/BLW. He has held various important positions such as FA&CAO/F&B/NCR, FA&CAO/C/NCR, FA&CAO/WST/NCR, Sr. EDPM/NER, Dy FA&CAO/G/NER, Dy CVO/Accounts/NER, Dy FA&CAO/S&W/NER, DFM/LKO, SAO/CLW and JAO/CLW. Shri Amar Kumar Sinha holds a BA (Honours) Economics from the Delhi University. Apart from his other duties and responsibilities as PFA, he is responsible for Maintaining Accounts and Internal Checks, Budget Preparation and Budgetary Control, Financial Scrutiny of Proposal and Projects, Advisory Role to Administration/Management, Management Accounting and Reporting, Internal Audit/Financial Propriety and Compliance etc. |
