Women officials from the Operation Control Centre and field units expressed their appreciation for the healthy and inclusive working environment at DFCCIL, sharing their satisfaction and happiness in being part of the organization.

Women officers of the Prayagraj unit also shared their personal views on International Women's Day, reflecting on their experiences, challenges, and achievements in the workplace. They expressed gratitude for the opportunities provided by DFCCIL and appreciated the organization's efforts in fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Many officers highlighted the importance of gender equality, professional growth, and work-life balance, emphasizing their commitment to contributing effectively to the railway sector. Their inspiring words encouraged fellow colleagues to continue striving for excellence and breaking barriers in their respective fields.

In the Operation Control Centre, women officials play a crucial role as Board Controllers, managing train operations in close coordination with divisional control offices and guiding station master’s to ensure efficient railway movement.

Women officials in the Signalling and Telecom Department are responsible for maintaining signals and telecom equipment, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. Similarly, women in the Electrical Department work tirelessly to provide 24x7 overhead electrical supply, ensuring uninterrupted train operations.

Additionally, women officials in the Traction and Rolling Stock Department work closely with Loco Pilots, assisting in troubleshooting issues and efficiently managing duty schedules to ensure smooth and safe railway operations. Their dedication and expertise contribute significantly to the overall efficiency and reliability of the railway network.
