Sr. DFMs’ Conference held at NCR headquarter

Sr. DFMs’ Conference was organized by Accounts Department, North Central Railway o­n 10.05.2019 under the aegis of General Manager, North Central Railway Sh. Rajiv Chaudhry and Principal Financial Advisor, North Central Railway Shri Ajai Mathur. The conference was attended by Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer/G Sh. Yogesh Kumar Srivastava, Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer /F&B Sh. Amar Kumar Sinha, Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer/WST Sh. Hamim Ahmed, Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer /Construction Sh. Chandan Kumar Verma, Sr. Divisional Finance Managers of Allahabad, Agra and Jhansi divisions and Accounts Officers of HQ., Construction, Workshops & Project units of NCR.

During the conference, detailed discussions were held o­n financial performance of divisions and workshops during Financial Year 2018-19, lessons learnt and targets for 2019-20. GM/NCR emphasized that the Sr. DFMs’ should closely monitor realization of originating earnings and outstanding dues recoverable from outside parties. He also emphasized that C.G. appointment cases, staff welfare activities and staff grievances should be dealt with utmost priority. PFA/NCR Sh. Ajai Mathur emphasized o­n reviewing housekeeping items related to internal working of Accounts Department and encouraged all officers to actively cooperate with each other o­n professional issues.

Ways to increase the Non fare revenue of NCR were also discussed. Divisions were also asked to complete Pre-2016 Pension revision in a time bound manner.
