Additional 18 pairs of special trains notified to operate w.e.f. 01.06.20with stoppage at different stations over North Central Railway.
Besides already operating AC special trains,now total55 pairs of special trains will cater to passengers from different stations of North Central Railwaystarting from 01.06.20.
Infographics on advisory related to Covid-19 fortravellers shall be provided at all stations and in originating special trains of North Central Railway
In addition to already announced 37 pairs of special catering to different stations of North Central Railway ,additional 18 pairs of special trains with scheduled stoppages at different stations over North Central Railway are notified on 01.06.2020.A separate press release containing details of these 18 pairs or 36 trains belonging to Western, Southern and Eastern Railways has been issuedseparately.
With these additional 18 pairs of trains, total 55 pairs or 110 special trains will be catering to different stations of North Central Railway in addition to 13 pairs or 26AC special services already serving to NCR . These 55 pairs includes 02 originating special trains between Prayagraj Jn. – New Delhi and Kanpur – New Delhi. As notified earlier coach composition,timing, stoppages etc. of these 55 pairs trains shall be similar to regular trains which were operating prior to lockdown.
Reservation in these trains shall be available from all authorized means like online, PRS, common service centers, authorized ticketing agents etc. which are already functional w.e.f.22.05.20.
Indian Railway in consultation to Ministry of Health and Family welfare has already issued detailed advisory on social distancing & other norms related to Covid-19 for passengers planning to travel through these trains. Infographics in Hindi and English on these advisories have been made by North Central Railway for ease of understanding bypassengers. Attached infographics are being provided in form of posters at all stations and in originating special trains of North Central Railway.
