Fever high in NCR as Tokyo Olympics all set to start..

Sportspersons of NCR posed up with all cheers for Indian Contingent.

With o­nly a day remaining for Tokyo Olympics, adrenaline level of North Central Railway too has shot up to a higher level. Thursday witnessed an electrifying environment at North Central Railway headquarter and at different stations, where sportspersons of NCR were seen clicking pics at various selfie points and cheering up for India.

At NCR headquarter office, cricketers Mohd Zahid, Shiba Kothari and Rani Ojha, Javelin thrower Krishnanad Tripathi, Hammer thrower Shilpa Singh, Shuttler Tapaswini Samantroy, Athletes Ajayveer Singh, Abhilash Yadav and Gymnasts Ashish Kumar and Shivam Bharti posed up and put their selfies o­n social media. At Prayagraj station too, Olympic fever witnessed excitement with cricketer Sushil Ojha, Hockey player Kumari Pinki and athlete Diwakar Shukla cheered up for Indian contingent.

Apart from NCR’s sportspersons, officers are also coming forward to cheer up the contingent.

Indian Railways has responded to the call of Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and Sports Authority of India and in tune with that North Central Railway is actively participating in #Cheers4India campaign. The campaign reached its all time high o­n Thursday with officers and staff wishing good luck for the Indian contingent.
