Target should be prompt disposal and immediate redressal of passenger complaint : Pramod Kumar

General Manager NCR conducted the weekly safety and punctuality meeting today at NCR Headquarter. While reviewing the progress of the last week General Manager said that there is a need to conduct a monthly meeting by Plan head coordinators regarding the progress of ongoing works.
