General Manager awarded 05 railway staff of NCR for extraordinary commitment towards safety
Smt Pooja Singh conferred with "Employee of the Month Award" for the month of August
On 20.09.2022 General Manager, North Central Railway, Shri Pramod Kumar conferred awards to staff for their alertness and contribution towards safety in train operations in the presence of PHODs of North Central Railway. 05 Railway staff were conferred with Safety awards by the General Manager on the occasion. Awarded employees include Shri Sonu Pal, Pointsman, Khaga/Prayagraj Division, Shri Ramkesh Meena, Trackman/Agra Cantonment/Agra Division, Shri Rajnish Kumar, Loco Pilot/Agra Cantonment, Agra Division, Shri Sunil Kumar, Assistant Loco Pilot, Agra Cantonment/Agra Division and Mrs. Pooja Singh, Lady RPF Constable/RSP Post, Veerangana Laxmibai Station/Jhansi Division
Smt Pooja Singh has been awarded the Safety Award for the Employee for the month of August. Smt. Pooja Singh while on duty at Veerangana Laxmibai station platform no. 2/3 on 22.08.2022, got safe delivery of a pregnant woman who got down from the general coach of train number 11842. Later on, the mother and child were treated by railway doctors.
The General Manager expressed his gratitude to the entire family by sending a letter of thanks to the husband of Smt Pooja Singh.
