Shri Shashikant Singh, Chief Rajbhasha Officer and Principal Chief Commercial Manager of North Central Railway was awarded with Railway Minister Rajbhasha Silver Medal by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Railway Board Shri VK Tripathi on 27.09.2022. He has been given this award for the excellent use and dissemination of Rajbhasha. It is worth mentioning that Shri Singh had played a special role in promotion of Rajbhasha while working as Divisional Railway Manager, Khurda Road. Presently, he is working as Chief Rajbhasha Officer of North Central Railway and efficiently discharging the important responsibility of progress and propagation of official language Hindi in the entire North Central Railway.
