Special Campaign 2.0 being organised over North Central Railway
Intensive Cleanliness campaign being organised at stations, offices, depots etc.
Old files and scraps being disposal in mission mode
VIP references are being disposed o­n priority
With its commitment towards cleanliness and with an aim to further improve the level of cleanliness, continuous efforts are being made by North Central Railway. In this sequence, Special Campaign 2.0 is being organized in Indian Railways from 02.10.22 to 31.10.22. During this, a massive cleanliness drive is being conducted in North Central Railway. Through these campaigns, along with improving the level of cleanliness, the general public, railway workers, their families etc. are being made aware of cleanliness. In this sequence, along with cleanliness drive, elimination of unnecessary files, scrap disposal, resolution of VIP references are also being done o­n priority.
During the Special Campaign 2.0, 27 VIP references have been disposed. Besides, unwanted, not anymore relevant and old files are also being disposed of. Old files and papers not o­nly occupy extra space in the offices but also affect the office environment and it takes extra time to search any data. In this sequence, 5362 files have been identified and eliminated.
Intense  cleanliness drives are being conducted in all stations, residential complexes and offices during the special campaign. In these campaigns, the cooperation of the railway personnel as well as the general public is also being taken. During this, publicity campaigns are also being run for public awareness through various mediums. In these mediums, public awareness is also being disseminated through social media and posters o­n stations and through public address system. In continuation of these cleanliness drives, 464 campaigns have been conducted in all the stations and offices of North Central Railway.
