The Preamble of the Constitution recited at NCR HQ on the occasion of Constitution Day
Various programs organized at North Central Railway Headquarters on the occasion of Constitution Day
Today, on 26.11.2022, on the occasion of Constitution Day, various programs were organized at North Central Railway Headquarters. The Constitution of the newly independent nation was adopted, enacted and given to us in the Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949.
On this occasion, the Preamble was recited by Mr. Satish Kumar, General Manager, North Central Railway, Prayagraj in the august presence of Principal Chief Personnel Officer Mr. Ajay Kumar Srivastava, along with other Principal Heads of Departments,senior officers and railway personnel.
Arally was also organized on this occassion. Rally was flagged off by Mr. Satish Kumar, General Manager, North Central Railway. A large number of officers and railway employees enthusiastically participated in the rally, holding banners and posters related to Constitution Day.
On this occasion, under the chairmanship of Shri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, PCPO/NCRa discussion and quiz competition on the topic “Constitution and We” was organized. In quiz competition Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, Chief staff &Welfare Inspector, got first place, Mrs. Preeti Kumari, Chief staff & Welfare Inspector got second place, Mr. Ranjeev Kumar, Chief staff &Welfare Inspector and Mr. Mahendra Chaudhary, Chief staff & Welfare Inspector got third place and Mr. Dalip Singh, staff & welfare Inspector gotthe consolation prize. The winners of the competitions were awarded byGeneral Manager.
On 26.11.2022 reading out of preamble, display of constitution day posters/banners/standees, other activities related to constitution of India were also organized over three divisions and other units of North Central Railway.
