General Manager awarded 05 railway staff of NCR for extraordinary commitment towards safety

Level Crossing Works monitoring portal launched
Today, on 14.12.2022, a safety/punctuality review meeting was organized at North Central Railway Headquarters presided over by General Manager, North Central Railway, Shri Satish Kumar. During the meeting General Manager, North Central Railway, Shri Satish Kumar conferred awards to staff for their alertness and contribution towards safety in train operations in the presence of PHODs of North Central Railway. 05 Railway staff were conferred with Safety awards by the General Manager on the occasion.
Awarded employees include Shri S. P. Pal, Loco Pilot/Prayagraj/Prayagraj Division, Shri P. Mandal, Co-Loco Pilot/Prayagraj/Prayagraj Division, Shri Lucky Kumar, Loco Pilot/Goods, Jhansi/Jhansi Division, Shri. Shubham Yadav, Track Maintainer/ Manikpur/ Prayagraj Division and Shri Mohan Lal Meena, Track Maintainer (Chabiwala)/Sholaka/Agra Division.
Shri Mohan Lal Meena, was awarded the Safety Award for the Employee of the month of November, 2022. Shri Mohan Lal Meena was working as keyman on 21.11.22. While patrolling his beat km 1462/0 to 1465/500 at 07.00 hrs in km 1465/08-10 down line, he noticed that a weld on LH side was fractured. He immediately protected the fracture location as per IRPWM rules. Thereafter informed his JE/SSE and Station Master. Due to the timely, vigilant and prompt approach of the keyman, a possible train accident could be averted. Thus he has rendered excellent service in the line of his duty with vigilance and full dedication.
