| 1. | In 106 cases, appointments on compassionate ground have been given to widows/wards during the current financial year up to August-2022. |
| 2. | 830 cases of Normal Retirement and 123 cases of other than normal retirement have been settled during the year up to August-2022. |
| 3. | To motivate the staff, promotions in different categories have been planned and total 2402 staffs have been given promotion in the current financial year upto August-2022. |
| 4. | Apart from the promotions, 533 staff have been given financial up-gradation under MACP Scheme during the current financial year up to August-2022. |
| 5. | All modules under HRMS like Settlement Module, PF loan & Advance Module, e-APAR Module, e-Pass Module, Office Order Module, ESS Module & Transfer Module etc. have been started for related works. |

| 7. | Panels of 40 candidates of Jr. Stenographer, 03 candidates of Staff Welfare Inspector and 03 candidates of Chief Law Assistant have been received from RRB/ALD against CEN No. 03/2019. Panels (Replacement/Additional) of 845 (773 additional) candidates of different categories have been received from RRB/ALD during the year. Replacement panel of 445 candidates of Level-1 has been issued by RRC/PRYJ against CEN No.-02/2018 |
| 8. | Under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana, total 424 candidates have been trained in NCR, so far. |
| 9. | 9502 staff have been trained in the training centres of NCR up to August-2022. |
| 10. | 58(100%) medically de-categorized staff have been redeployed up to August-2022. |
| 11. | 124(100%) surplus staff have been optimised up to August-2022. |
| 12. | 528 posts under 02% Rationalisation of manpower and 62 posts under work study have been surrendered up to August-2022. |
| 13. | Recruitment of 27 Sports Persons in different games disciplines under Sports Quota has been done. |
| 14. | To facilitate the Railway employees the special UMID camps have been set up in Railway Hospitals where the Railway beneficiaries are being registered on UMID portal. Total 61907 employees have been registered on UMID portal and 57144 UMID cards have been generated, so far. |
| 15. | Two PNM meetings at Headquarter level, first with NCRES on 11 & 12 May 2022 and second with NCRMU on 06 & 07 July 2022 were held under the chairmanship of the General Manager. Total 22 items of NCRES and 18 items of NCRMU have been closed during these PNM meetings. |
| 16. | 67th Railway Week was organized at Zonal level on 22nd April 2022. 155 staff and officers were awarded for their meritorious service on this occasion. Thirty nine shields/trophies were also given to the departments for outstanding performance in different fields. |
| 17. | The birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, was celebrated on 14.04.2022 over NCR. |
| 18. | Anti-terrorism day, the death anniversary of Ex. Prime minister Late Sri Rajiv Gandhi was organized on 21.05.2022 in NCR. An oath against terrorism was taken by the employees and officers of NCR. |
| 19. | On 5th June 2022, world environment day was celebrated over NCR. A large number of officers and staff participated in वृक्षारोपणअभियान. |
| 20 | International Yoga Day was organized on 21st June 20222 over all the Divisions / Workshops / HQ of NCR, wherein officers and employees participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. |
| 21 | The 76th Independence Day was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in Head Quarter Office premises and all the divisions and workshops also. On the occasion, the General Manager awarded 24 Non-Gazetted employees and 03 Officers during the celebration for their meritorious services. In addition to this, 08 Non Gazetted employees and 03 Officers were also awarded for their best performance to organize all the events regarding “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”. |
| 22 | ‘Sadbhavana Diwas’ the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Late Shri Rajeev Gandhi had been observed in NCR on 18.08.2022. During this occasion an oath to promote National Integration and Communal Harmony among people of all religions, languages and regions, has been taken by officers and staff of NCR. |
| 23 | During Swachchata Pakhwada, all sections of Personnel Department are cleaned properly. The ceilings, floors, doors, windows, almirahs, tables, chairs, files and stationeries etc. are also cleaned on scheduled dates. In addition to above, to celebrate Swachchata Pakhwara-2022 a Quiz Competition on 27.09.2022, Essay Competition on 28.09.2022and Rangoli Competition on 29.09.2022 have been organized by Personnel Department/HQ/NCR. The staff of all departments of Head Quarter had participated in these competitions and the winners have been awarded by General Manager on 2nd October. |
