This section has 36 stations,29 IBH ,26 Traffic interlocked LC gates&22Engg. Interlocked LC  

Gates .

InterlockingAll stations are Std.III exceptJhansi RRIwhich is interlocked withStd I.

Signaling:-20 stations are provided with Panel interlocking (Siemens make), 02 station are provided with RRI&14 Station areprovided with Electronic interlocking(BJA,DWA,JHA,KHJ,BJI,BAB,CIRL,DBA,AEH,ARI,BLNR,RRU,BAO,SIKD). GWL Goods ,JHS EI-1 & JHS EI-II is in addition to these 9 EI’s.Jhansi RRI is consist of 412 Routes& that of Gwalior RRI 326 Routes.

Block Working:-JHS-BINAsection is provided with UFSBI (19 block sections) with Dual detection for BPAC.JHS–DHO section is provided with SGE block Instruments (15Block section)& UFSBI (AEH-DBA,AEH-ARI,BAO-RRU ,03 Block instruments) with Block Proving by Axle Counter( . Gwalior-Birlanagar sectionis continuously track circuited).

IBS:-Intermediate block signaling(IBH) has been provided in29block sections.

“D” ROUTE

1- Khairar(Ex) –Bhimsen(Excl)

This section has 09 stations ,11 Traffic interlocked LC gates& 04 Engg. Interlocked LC Gates.

Signaling:-KID-BZMsection is provided with MACLS signaling. 04 station are provided with EI (Ghatampur,Patara,Katara Road,Ichauli), 04 Stations are provided with PI Std-II R (namely Yamunasouthbank, Ragaul, Akona, Hamirpur). 01  stations are provided with MACLS Std-II with end cabins(Bharuasumerpur)

Block Working:-Absolute block working with DiadoTokenless Block Instrument (RGU-BSZ-JSB-HAR)with Dual Detection & UFSBI Block Panel (KID-ICL-AKW-RGU,HAR-GTM-PTRE-KTRR-BZM) are provided with dual detection.

2- Jhansi – Khairar (excl)

This section has 13 stations ,09 Traffic interlocked LC gates& 06Engg. Interlocked LC Gates.

Signaling:-7 stations are provided with panel interlocking (Mahoba, Kabrai, Mataundh, Orcha, Baruasagar, Niwari&Teharka) and 6 stations  are provided with Electronic interlocking (Belatal, Kulpahar, Mauranipur, Rora, Harpalpur, Ranipur Road). All stations in this section are provided with dual detection in yard.

Block Working:-Absolute block working o­n block panel with UFSBI/SSBPAC in 14 block sections provided with dual detection.

3-Mahoba(Ex) – Khajuraho:

This section has 02 stations ,01 Traffic interlocked LC gates& No Engg. Interlocked LC Gates

Signaling :-02 Stations are provided with Panel interlocking at Khajuraho &Singhpurdumra with    Std.II Interlocking .

Block Working:-Absolute block working with block panel UFSBI with BPAC dual detection.

4-Jhansi(Ex) – Kanpur

This section has 22 stations ,24Traffic interlocked LC gates&19Engg. Interlocked LC Gates.

Interlocking:-All stations are provided withStd -III.

Signaling:-02 stations (KPI,LLR) are provided with panel interlocking 20Station are provided with Electronic interlocking.

Block Working:-Absolute block working with Diado Token less Block Instrument in 04 section & Universal fail safe block interface (UFSBI) working in 18 sections.(BZM-JUHI having SGE block instrument with dual detection)

IBS:-Intermediate block signaling (IBH) has been provided in01block sections.

5-Khairar – Manikpur (excl):

This section has 12 stations ,07 Traffic interlocked LC gates&01Engg. Interlocked LC Gates

Signaling :-05 stations are provided with panel interlocking (Chitrakut, Shivrampur, Badausa, Dingwai&Khoh) with Std-II-R. and 07 stations having EI (Atarra, Khairar, Khurand, Banda,  Bharatkup, Bahilpurva,Ohan Station with Std- IIIR. Out of 7 station EI ,03 EI stations are provided with dual detection in yard (Bharatkup, Bahilpurva and Ohan).

Block Working:-Complete section provided with Block panel with UFSBI/SSPBAC with BPACprovided with dual detection.

6-Lalitpur(Ex)- Khajuraho(excl);

This section has 08stations ,No Traffic interlocked LC gates& No Engg. Interlocked LC Gates

Signaling :-Total 08 stations are provided with panel interlocking with Std – II R (BRRI-DUYG)

Block Working:-04 block-section (Lalitpur-Birari,Birari-UdaypuraUdaipura,-Tikamgarh, Tikamgarh –Sarkanpur) provided UFSBI with HASSDAC. 05 nos block section from Sarkanpur to Khajuraho  are provided with Diado block instrument with BPAC( With dual detection).

 

7-Birlanagar–Bhind

This section has 05 stations ,03 Traffic interlocked LC gates& No Engg. Interlocked LC Gates

SIgnalling:-Thissectionis equipped with MACLS Five station Malanpur(MLAR),Sanichara(SAC),BHIND(BIX),Gohad(GOA), SONI EI with standard IIIR(With block working of UFSBI & Dual  detection in  (SAC-MLAR-GOA-SONI,BLNR-SAC-MLNR,SONI-BIX-UDI).

8-AIT- Konchsection- Konch station is provided with PI (MACLS).One train o­nly system.

“NG” ROUTE

1-Gwalior NG sectionsLQ two aspect signalling. All stations are NI.

2.2 VHF Sets:All Block stations o­n the division including branch lines, and ‘D’ route have been provided with high power 25 W VHF sets

5W VHF setsmake Sanchar STC 700-1900 nos. are distributed to various departments for train movement operation.

2.3OFC-OFCExists o­n all routes of JHS division except NG which will be provided with gauge conversion. Long haul circuits & connectivity of various   exchanges o­n the route has been done o­n OFC. all of the UTS/PRS & FOIS have been also transferred o­n OFC.

2.4 RAILNET-There are 1032 nodes of Railnet connected o­n LAN &479 nodes are provided at different locations of division o­n DSLAM.

2.5FOIS– There are total 68 nodes available in JHS division 47 at JHS & 1 each at Morena, Diamond cement, Paricha thermal power plant, Banda, Gwalior, Rayaru, Datia, Karari, Lalitpur, Orai, Mahoba,Khajurao,Malanpur, Kabrai, Bhimsen, Jhansi W/Bridge, Dabra, Harpalpur, RPGU(HPTR), UDPR(LPGU) and Niwari.

2.6BSNL TelephonesBSNL phoneshave beenprovided at 45 stations out of 121.

2.7CUG Connections- Total 6212 CUG connections are provided to various departments o­n the division.

2.8MTRC-MTRC systemisprovided o­n Dholpur-Jhansi section consisting of 17 BTS stations. Total 321/321 Sets/SIMs are distributed to passenger trains LP &Guard.

Achievement during 2021-22 in Jhansi Division

SIGNALLING:- New Work

1.Completion of 52.7 KMs doubling work in JHS-CNB Section & 3rd line commissioning of 25.35 KMs in JHS-BINA Section which has enhanced the line capacity, improved punctuality & mobility.

2.Completion of Railway Electrification work of total 224.01 KMs (BLNR-UDMR, MBA-KURJ,KURJ-ISHN) in current financial year.

3.Fifteen Stations commissioned with Electronic interlocking over the division {(BABINA-28.06.21, PTRE-30.07.21, GOA-31.07.21, SONI-12.09.21, KTRR-12.09.21, CNH, PHN, MLS-28.09.21, MOTH, ERC-22.12.21, AEH-31.12.2021, BJA-04.03.2022, DWA-14.03.2022, JHA-25.03.2022 (BLNR, RRU-25.03.2022)}.

4.04 Electro Mechanical STN (PTRE, GOA, SONI, KTRR) replaced with EI for centralized operation.

5.Replacement of 04 electromechanical signaling system at JHS GC-1,2,3 & F-cabinby more reliable EI signaling system JHS-EI-II.

6.GOA, SONI, PTRE & KTRR station converted fromstd. I to Std. III R.

7.With the commissioning of EI at SONI station, entire JHS division is now free from Token Block Instruments.

8.Entire A Route of JHS division has been free from Electro-Mechanical interlocking system with the commissioning of JHS EI-II.

9.Five Nos. of Interlocked LC gates closed after modification in the existing circuit (LC-156,324,330,346,366).

10.EI Alternation in existing 03 Nos. of EI (NDK, PRN & JHS EI-I) & Major alteration work in JHS RRI.

11.Major Alternation work has been done at GWL RRI in connection with 3rdLine work.

12.FifteenPairs of Daido Block Instrument replaced with UFSBI.

13.Dual Detection provided in 15 block sections and 4 Station Yards (SONI, GOA, OR, AEH).

14.Automatic Fire Detection system provided at 16 stations.

15.Provision of Earth Leakage Detector 100 Nos. at different stations & networked through data-logger for o­n-line monitoring of the signaling cables health.

16.Conversion of DLA station has been done into Intermediate block hut (IBH).

17.Conversion ofUPloop line into common loop line by insertion of emergency crossover at JHS end in connection with 3rdline workat DWA station.

18.The CSR of DN Loop line at AEH station has been increased from 696 meters to 736 meters.

19.Provision of E-1 connectivity for strengthening of Data Logger network for better monitoring.

20.01 Neal’s Ball Token Block Instrument replaced with block panel (UFSBI-Webfill) in GOA-SONI section.

21.Interlocking of 05 Nos. of non-interlocked gates (LC-199, 204, 212, 155, 158) has been done successfully.

TELECOM:- New Work

1.Provision of Coach & Train Indication Board with Auto Announcement System has been done at GWL, Orai&DAA,BNDA stations.

2.Provision of CCTV at 05 Nos. of stations (LAR, BAB, DAA, MBA, OR), Two Nos. of Offices (DRM & RPF Office) & Five Nos. of Heavy Traffic Engineering gates.

3.Provision of Rail net connectivity for e-Office at 11 Nos. of Main Line stations, Depots & Offices through DSLAM.

4.Secure Communication facility provided at 15 LC gates in JHS-CNB section.

5.08 Nos. of BSNL Channels surrendered during the year which has resulted into saving of Rs. 7,21,252/- per year.

6.60 Nos. of BSNL Telephones surrendered during the year which has resulted into a saving of Rs. 2,88,000/- per year.

7.Wiring of potential free contact for monitoring of OFC charger in entire JHS Division completed.

8.Wi-fi facility has been provided at all stations in Jhansi division.

Achievements of 2022-2023(April-22 to Sep-22) JHS DIV S&T

 

1.Seven Stations commissioned with Electronic interlocking over the division during the April-22 to June-22 month (BAO-13.04.22, DBA-17.06.22,ARI-22.07.22, PMN,RPGU,BZM-14.07.22,ICL-29.08.22).

2.01 Electro Mechanical STN (ICL-29.08.22) replaced with EI for centralized operation.

3.Interlocking of 02 Nos. of non-interlocked gates (LC-437,LC-374) has been done successfully.

4.4 Pairs of Daido Block Instrument replaced with UFSBI.

5.12 no’s of Media change over provided in GWL-STLI, RGU-AKW, KID-MTH, MBA-SPDM, SPDM-KURJ, KID-ICL, KID-BNDA, BNDA-KID,BZY-BPW, KHJ-BAB, BPW-BZY, BAB-BPW section.

6.25 no’s TWS point replacement done during the April-22 to Aug-22 month { Total-12 nos.

7.CRS inspection of GWL-BAO in connection with 3rd line work completed o­n 21.04.2022.

8.CRS inspection done in the section of BJA-LAR, authorization received and section open for traffic in 3rd line connectivity.

9.OFC provided for Frauscher in AGD & AGD-BINA-IBH & OFC provided for interface at AGD-BINA IBH & AGD-MAKR IBH.

10.To increase reliability of newly commissioned IBH in place of old DLA station between TBT-BJA a Deltron make interface provided.

11.To enhance line capacity in BZM-GOY section, provision of IBH double line section is completed o­n 13.04.22.

12.New IBH (RPGU-BZM) has been commissioned with new IPS make Statcon ELD & Datalogger o­n dt.14.07.22.

13.Major alteration in LAR Siemens make PI in connection with 3rd line work completed o­n 08.04.22 in LAR-DWA section.

14.New tower Wagon siding commissioned at UDPR o­n date 16.07.2022

15.CRS inspection of DBA-ARI in connection with 3rd line work completed o­n 26.08.2022.

16.Commissioning of single line IBH in connection with 3rd line work in AEH-ARI section.
