5.MAJOR PARCEL HANDLING POINTS:
·VGLB and Gwalior are the two major parcel handling points on Jhansi Division. Presently, 03 SLRS of two trains (12176, 11123) have been leased out to customers.
·Parcel Management System has been installed at VGLB on Jan-15 & Gwalior on Feb-15. In 3nd Phase, commissioning of Parcel Management System at 08 Stations (BNDA, CKTD, MBA, MRA, ORAI, BIX, KURJ, LAR) is under process.
6.TICKETING FACILITIES:

7.TICKET CHECKING:
A big ticket checking establishment exists in the division with maximum staff posted at VGLB. Trains originating/passing through the division are manned from 6 bases namely VGLB, Gwalior, Banda, Khajuraho, Lalitpur and Bhind. Most of the trains are manned from VGLB base between VGLB-NZM/NDLS, VGLB-Itarsi, VGLB-Kanpur and VGLB-Banda/ Allahabad. Ticket checking lobbies have been computerized at all six locations. HHT have been introduced in all important trains and mainly with the train captain. For remaining trains/ staff, they are being introduced in phased manner.
The staff are divided in to two segments namely amenity (train manning) and productive sides. Railway Magistrates located at VGLB, Gwalior and Banda assist in ticket checking activities
8.PASSENGER FACILITATION CENTRE:
Passenger Facilitation Centers are provided – one each - at VGLB and Gwalior stations of the division to ensure availability of all necessary information and facilities to passengers under one roof. These Facilitation Centers are manned by a team of staff led by Dy.SM(Comml). Dy SM (C) at VGLB and GWL and on duty SM at BNDA and MRA, have been nominated as disability inspectors also.
9.STATION OUTSTANDING:
Station outstanding has been Rs 7.15 crore as on Aug-2022 as compared to 6.68 Crore during Aug-2021. Efforts are being made to minimize the same.
10.SANITATION & CLEANLINESS:
·Comprehensive mechanized cleaning contracts are functioning at VGLB, Lalitpur, Orai, Chitkoot Dhamkarwi, Mahoba and Khajuraho stations.
·Deluxe toiletsare functioning at VGLB and Gwalior stations. VGLB has one such toilet & Gwalior has two both east and west side.
·Pay & Use toiletsare operational at VGLB, GWL, MRA, BNDA, CKTD, MRPR stations
11.CASH REMITTANCE IN BANK:
Cash of 107 (11station of GWL-SEO section closed due to gauge conversion) stations and NRH PRS is being remitted in the Bank under cash pick up scheme. Amendment in the MOU has been implemented and payments are being made at division level. Bill payment processing of Jhansi division has been completed till April-23. Further payments of bills (received upto June-23) are under process.
