EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
ADVERTISEMENT FOR OUT SOURCING THE ULTRASONOGRAPHY SERVICES FOR DIVISIONAL RAILWAY HOSPITAL JHANSI.
Chief Medical Superintendent North Central Railway, Jhansi is inviting the application form qualified Investigation centre for out sourcing the Investigations of Ultrasonography. Willing Investigation centre owner have to apply as per current CGHS (NABL/Non- NABL) Kanpur rates within the 15 days of publication of advertisement. Application should be submitted in the seald cover envelop.
Following conditions are mandatory;-
1.The investigation centre should be well equipped and qualified Radiologist & centre should be with latest state of art machinery with adequate facilities for reporting and will be registered at Chief Medical Officer, District Jhansi.
2.The rates of Ultrasound investigation should be based on Current NABL/ Non-NABL CGHS Kanpur rate list, which will be applicable for three years, i.e. from the agreement of the investigation centre, which will be effective from the date of approval of this agreement.
3.The investigation center should be within the 10-15 KM from Divisonal Railway Hospital Jhansi.
4.Railway Patients will be referred to your centre with a proper refer letter from Railway Hospital, Jhansi signed by authorized medical officer and countersigned by CMS/JHS.
5.No Payment will be charged from Railway employees, their dependants and Retired RELHS Card holder, employees duly referred by authorized Railway Medical officers.
6.The mode of payment will be done on bill system based on current NABL / Non – NABL CGHS Kanpur rates List. No any other charge will be charged except investigation.
7.Investigation report should be provided within the 12 hrs same day and also in emergency case the investigation report should be provided immediately.
8.Facility for the above Investigation centre should be provide facilities from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
9.All the disputes or differences will be resolved by arbitrator deputed by General Manager North Central Railway, Allahabad, the Arbitration Act (26) of 1996 will be applicable for this, if disagreed with the decision of the Arbitrator an appeal can be made to General Manager North Central Railway, Prayagraj and his decision will be accepted by both the parties, further disagreeing upon the matter can be taken to Jhansi District Court.
10.Application along with all documents as Registration, experience providing documents current NABL/Non NABL CGHS Kanpur Rate list with stamp & signature of the investigation Director on every page in a sealed envelope for endorsement of Ultrasonography should be deposited in the office of Chief Medical Superintendent, North Central Railway, Jhansi from 10:00AM to 04:00 PM in any working day.
11.As per Rules the Performace Bank Guarantee of Rs. Fifty thousand should be deposited.
12.Railway Administration has right to cancel, reject or modify these contracts.
