The Personnel Department caters to all aspects of Personnel Management in the division. All the establishment matters of Railway employees, from recruitment till retirement are dealt by personnel department. In addition to above, Personnel Department is instrumental in maintaining industrial relations with Recognized Unions and Associations, organizing various welfare activities and handling legal matters of the concerned domain. |

| (v)HOLIDAY HOME: There are two Holiday Homes available, one each at Khajuraho and Chitrakoot. |

11. | Achievements of Personnel Dept. in 2020 (1)First NPS family pension started in NCR (2)Successful implementation of e-office. (3)Online application for monitoring Compassionate Ground appointments in sync with e-office. (4)First e-Pass Generated in NCR (5)96.75 % of e-SRs has been uploaded on HRMS (6)Issue of Office Orders through HRMS:- Office Orders regarding Promotion/ transfer has been initiated and total 21 Office Orders have been issued by P/Branch. (7)e-Pass module has been initiated by Personnel Branch through HRMS and total 300 Nos of e-passes have already been issued. (8)96.3% of Employees have been registered under UMID Scheme till date. (9)On-boarding and joining for all new RRB/RRC recruits were facilitated within same day ensuring convenient, meaningful and memorable experience for new joinees. (10)Women Empowerment camp organized under SBF (11)Despite of pandemic of Covid-19, Personnel Branch received panel of Total1534(RRC)/1086(RRB) candidates. In this condition, it was very difficult to paper screen their testimonies and to process for their posting. It was also heavy pressure of candidates on Personnel Branch for early posting. (12)Personnel Department framed a safe procedure for their posting and called them partly and we succeed to screen and post 1343(RRC)/963(RRB) candidates. (13)Daak Section is now computerised and all types of letters are being scanned and being forwarded to concerning staff through e-office. |
